Recommended Dietary Allowance for Zinc
Females age 19 to 70*: 8 mg per day.
age 14 to 18: 9 mg per day
Note: nutrient needs increase during pregnancy and lactation
Males age 14 to 70+: 11 mg per day
Food sources of Zinc include, but are not limited to:
